Begin by making the beaded halloween creature keychains shown below. You will want about 1 keychain per 10 to 14 inches of your string or garland.
Once you've completed your beaded Halloween characters, string them onto the end of your garland and slide them down the garland until you are pleased with their placement.
If you are using a cord you will add a few of your painted wood balls (beads) between each beaded Halloween character.
